Thanks for your query posed to me. I have gone through your horoscope in detail and give herewith my considered opinion. It is believed that the principles of astrology were revealed by God Brahma himself to the rishis of yore for the benefit of mankind.
Thus astrology is meant for guidance in the moments of crisis. What God wills can only be revealed and hence the entire process of astrological consultation is based on divine blessings.
There are two angles from which I have to analyze your chart. First is that whether there is problem with immigration or the legal residential/work status for you. The second is that whether there is smooth change of job and if that is there then the present problem may be resolved amicably.
The horoscope cast for the moment of your query reveals that there are extreme problems and you are on the weakest wicket for the purpose of your visa requirements and the problems with the immigration.
You are running the mahadasha of Rahu and antardasha of Ketu upto 24-2-2006 and thereafter the mahadasha/antardasha of Rahu/Venus.
The finer influences of various pratyantardashas running during this period together with transit of planets reveal that in the next couple of months the indications are not supportive for you to get a smooth conversion of your thoughts into reality.
Hence in my advice I would be categorical in saying that in the next two months or upto February 2006 you should not attempt to do anything which may trigger this problem.
Even if it involves staying at the old job and then looking for alternatives later, it may still be the right thing to do.
I feel that you are risking the stability of your continued stay in a foreign land by venturing into this confrontation with the immigration authorities, even if you think that you are doing the right thing.
The planetary position of the chart of query as well as the birth horoscope does not suggest any change at this stage.
Hence the obstacles for the next two to three months in this regard may have to be kept at the minimum by shelving some of your plans.
If you have to proceed for this change, which may be in the overall interest for you especially for the next dasha from March 2006 onwards, I feel that you must venture into that from March and shelve it for the time being.
If there is a possibility for you to postpone submitting the clarifications raised by the immigration authorities upto end of February then you may accordingly plan your moves.
The present predicament has nothing to do with your past sadhesati or any linked influences.
To ward off the evil influences of certain planetary combinations of your horoscope you may keep a fast on Saturdays for the next three months only or offer your prayers in shani temple or a Hindu temple on Saturdays.
On the day of the fast you may take only tea, coffee, milk, fruits and curd etc. during daytime and normal meals at night after sunset and avoid taking non-vegetarian food or liquor.
Propitiation of planets called graha shanti, as suggested above, can give magical results and therefore you may do these upayas with religious fervor and faith in God.
